A hybrid of human and Oni drawn from Naraka through a combination of science and mysticism, Itami serves the Shōgunate alongside the 3rd Division. His supernatural gaze inflicts pain and bends enemy wills, while his dark aura drains the essence of nearby foes. Armed with a mystically enhanced kenabō, he brings unusual abilities to the battlefield. This character expansion introduces new rules for the Nippon Accord and includes a scenario focused on Itami’s powers.
