Trained by Imperial organizations and equipped with Imperial Credentials, advanced technology, extensive resources, and multiple secure identities, she operates with extraordinary authority and access to wide-ranging intelligence networks. The S.C.A.R.E. format provides a detailed non-player character who can serve as a Contact, Ally, Rival, or Enemy.
