During a Midwinter celebration in Waterdeep’s Sea Ward, guests gather at an outdoor market and the Cassalanter Villa for holiday performances. When an aasimar opera singer is attacked by a tiny fiend, the City Watch seals the villa and questions everyone inside. Players investigate the incident, uncovering devils summoned through a child’s toys and a connection to Asmodeus. They must solve his puzzle, identify the source of the attacks, and navigate the Cassalanter family’s dangerous secrets while chaos spreads among the guests.
