Find the Source

Players awaken in a disconnected city with a new identity and a mission to locate a hidden Source while avoiding detection. The game uses a roll-and-write format: each turn two six-sided dice are rolled and one is chosen to grant action points or to trigger personal upgrades, creating a trade-off between immediate activity and character improvement. Actions consume the earned points and include moving across the printed board, fighting agents, hacking areas, collecting ammo, searching locations and activating special sites. The Source accumulates energy as players perform powerful actions, and the group loses if health runs out or the Source becomes fully charged. The commit is cooperative when multiple players each use their own board, dice and pencils; alternative modes increase difficulty.
