A grand strategic hex-and-counter wargame covering the Pacific Theater from 1941 to 1945. Players command Allied and Japanese forces across a map spanning Australia, China, Southeast Asia, the central Pacific and the Japanese home islands. Gameplay scales from short engagement scenarios through battle, campaign, and full strategic scenarios, including solitaire and multiplayer options. Mechanics include maneuver and combat on a hex grid, strategic bombing, convoy and merchant shipping attrition, search and detection, and amphibious operations. Operational planning, movement ranges, and resource costs constrain actions and determine campaign tempo.
