Flouk

Everyone is informed of the terrible cataclysm which endangers this little planet at the far end of our galaxy. We have to help the different races that inhabit it, as they have no choice that to seek refuge on new planets. Today, we learned that Earth will welcome 5 different extraterrestrial tribes: the Bloups, the Paroks, the Faars, the Mutas and the Napils. The issue is that no-one is able to predict how these 5 species will co-habit together... The game is played in several turns, each made of 2 phases: - New Flouks - Entrance in the Village Each player takes 4 cards, keeps 2 of them and give the 2 others to his neighbors. Everyone then choose one of the cards in his hand and play it simultaneously. The cards are resolved in the following order: Decrees, Flouks, Chief Flouks then Actions. Decrees have an effect only on their owner: it increases the amount of a type of Flouks depending on a some conditions. The action of a decree lasts all game long and we can have only 1 decree per village. The Flouks are only used to populate the village. The Chiefs Flouks can enter a village only if a Flouk of the same specy is already there. The Chief has a power which apply when he enters the village. The actions all have different effects that apply only when they are played.
