Baden’s Bluff is a city of refuge beneath the rule of the Shadow, where resistance fighters, legates, and orc commanders struggle for survival among dangerous streets and hidden factions. The setting details the city’s docks, sewers, canals, surrounding lands, organizations, non-player characters, and local secrets. Maps, adventure hooks, rumors, new opponents, feats, and a prestige class support adventures in the city and its surrounding territories. Players can join local factions and oppose the forces of the dark god while the Game Master uses the setting material to build campaigns in Baden’s Bluff.
