Dungeon!

Explore a multi-level dungeon and collect treasure while avoiding or defeating monsters. Players choose a character class with distinct combat abilities and move through dungeon rooms of increasing difficulty, facing tougher foes and higher-value loot on deeper levels. Combat and encounters resolve with dice rolls for attacks and for monster counterattacks when needed. The objective is to carry enough treasure back to the dungeon entrance to meet the win condition.

Best family game, ever. My copy is so trashed from playing over the years, but the kids go crazy for this. What's not to like. Descend into a dungeon and get shiny stuff...their sold. We do play without death -- you just get kicked out of the room or chamber if you fail. That way no hurt feelings and the game moves at a decent pace.

A lot more fun than it looked originally. A bit too simplistic for me, it still held me for the whole game. Something very light and very entertaining.
