Players operate a covert agency in a fractured 2087 cityscape, infiltrating the neural implants of Syndicate operatives to manipulate criminal activity. Each round, players draft available targets, spend actions to hook into different minds, and use those characters’ skills and stamina to execute crimes, complete objectives, and collect sets of evidence. Choices force ethical trade-offs as immersion in criminal minds erodes morale; players manage corruption while trying to expose the Syndicate’s larger plot. The game supports 1–5 players and combines hand/resource management, drafting, and narrative decision points to resolve objectives and determine which side of the law ultimately prevails.
