Keyframes

Players compete as animators completing sequences of frames to win a single studio vacancy. Each round players hold a hand of frame cards and five frames sit in the center. On each turn everyone plays a hand card face-down; cards are revealed to set turn order and then used to draft available frames into personal projects. Each player may keep up to two open projects, and added frames must be sequentially adjacent to existing frames in a project. If no legal addition is possible the player must close a project, which carries a scoring penalty. The game combines simultaneous turn-order bidding with constrained set collection and plays in about 15 minutes for 2–4 players.
