Players act as architects placing tiles to assemble a 4×4 city that blends human habitation and the natural world. Each turn, players position skyscraper and utility tiles; skyscrapers score harmony points based on their value and the size of their district, while utilities score when placed to meet their specific adjacency requirements. Tiles that fail to meet requirements incur negative points, so placement decisions balance growth and compatibility. The game ends when the city grid fills, and the player with the highest harmony total wins.
