Trickerion: The Secret Workshop

This extra location is placed next to the main board and is available during the Place Characters phase. A single character may be assigned to it using any Workshop assignment card; that character gains +1 Action Point but cannot perform the standard Workshop actions. Instead, the character may use Expert Preparations: for each spent Action Point the player places one Trick Marker on any eligible Trick (meeting component requirements), regardless of that Trick’s normal preparation cost or existing markers. In solo play against the Dahlgaard’s Heir (requires the Dahlgaard’s Academy expansion), the opponent may attempt to place there when sending to the Workshop; the space is treated as contested if both sides have played a Workshop assignment card but not yet placed their character.
