Age of Automaton

Players run competing automaton factories in a near-future setting where resources are scarce and demand for robotic workers is high. On each turn, players build and upgrade automatons and factory equipment, sell units for income and victory points, and send automatons on prospecting missions into space to claim new material sources. Additional paths to points include forming partnerships, donating, and fulfilling objectives to improve reputation. Resource management, engine building, and route selection determine success as players vie for position on the industry ranking.
