Archer: Once You Go Blackmail...

Players start each round with a single character card in hand while one character is removed from play. On a turn a player draws a card and then plays one of their two cards, resolving that character’s effect to investigate, manipulate, or target other players. Rounds end when all but one player are eliminated or when the deck runs out; the highest-value card in hand then wins the round. Players score by winning rounds, and the first to reach the required number of round victories wins the game.
