Players invoke the Four Auspicious Beasts and channel their qi along converging paths to gain wisdom and points. On a modular 2×2 grid of double-sided boards, players take turns placing stones on spaces by paying the required qi cards (color and amount determined by the domain and boon symbols). Placing stones collects boons, scores wisdom, and competes for the favor of the Azure Dragon, Vermilion Bird, White Tiger, and Black Tortoise. Careful hand management of qi and spatial placement shapes straight-line energy paths; the first player to reach the end of the path of wisdom wins. An optional Gifted module adds single-use special abilities for advanced play.
