Emberheart

Players act as the King’s Champions defending the island’s last dragons from invading poachers. On each turn a player either take an Aide token for a one-round bonus or send a party of hirelings to one of the island’s locations, with party size determining order and access to limited rewards. Locations let players recruit Heroes with unique abilities, rescue Dragons to matching Preserves, launch counterattacks, and expand and train a personal Dragon Companion that can join parties for extra effects. A Flame track tracks damage from raids; managing rescues, training, and flame level yields Glory. After five rounds the player with the most Glory wins.
