Ninja Dice

Players take on the roles of competing ninjas attempting to infiltrate houses and steal treasure. Each turn the active player rolls House dice to generate a layout of locked areas, guards, and residents, then rolls Skill dice to produce stealth, fighting, and lock‑picking results to overcome those challenges. The active player may push their luck by re‑rolling to improve outcomes, while opponents can introduce Threat dice that can shoot the active ninja or one another to steal treasure and alter the risk calculus. Fortune faces on Skill dice grant situational boosts when dice occupy specific table positions. The game plays over three rounds of escalating difficulty, and the highest scorer wins.
