Phantom Leader: Deluxe Edition

Command a US Air Force or Navy tactical fighter squadron operating over Vietnam and the Cuban Missile Crisis era. Players plan missions, choose pilots and loadouts, then resolve sorties against assigned targets while managing pilot experience, fatigue, and limited tactical options. Targets carry political values that shift a political track when struck or left alone, constraining future mission choices; balancing military effect against political consequences is central. Gameplay is solitaire, card-driven with expanded pilot levels, aircraft types, target and event cards, and selectable campaign lengths (Skirmish, Conflict, War). Each mission involves setup, planning, and resolution and integrates service-specific target sets and campaign scenarios.
