Quoridor
Players race to get a pawn across the board to the opposite edge. On each turn a player either moves their pawn one space (or jumps an adjacent pawn) or places a short wall to block routes. Walls restrict movement but may not completely isolate a pawn; players must balance advancing their own pawn with hindering opponents. The first pawn to reach the far side wins.
