Shallow Sea

A multi-layered puzzle game set on a reef where players build vibrant ocean scenes by placing tiles of fish, coral, and other sea life onto personal boards. Players pick tiles and place them on empty spaces, triggering interactions: surrounding a coral with matching fish flips it to become a habitat, and seashells can lure and move fish to create combos. Players choose which fish occupy completed corals while considering puzzle and ecosystem cards that define scoring conditions. The goal is to populate the reef and meet the distinct requirements of ecosystem cards to score points, balancing immediate combos with longer-term planning.
