Striking Flint

Work together to recreate the 1937 United Auto Workers sit-down strike in Flint, Michigan. Players control five committees seeking better working conditions and union recognition while facing eviction attempts, exhaustion, strikebreakers, city authorities, hired thugs, and hostile press. Occupy factories across the plant complex and use each committee’s distinct abilities to force concessions. Worker placement is reversed: placing workers prevents actions rather than triggering them. Event cards based on contemporary headlines shape the struggle for one to five players.
