Play proceeds at a half-week turn scale across 5-mile hexes with units sized from company to brigade, emphasizing the arrival and buildup of forces as both sides reinforce the theater. Players manage movement, supply, and combat through campaign phases that include the Axis offensive at Kasserine, variable entry of additional Allied forces, and the subsequent attrition and destruction of Axis formations. The game uses series-standard rules, charts, and unit arrival mechanics to simulate operational decisions and logistical constraints over a protracted campaign.
