Winter
Two players compete to control a frozen lake by placing and then retrieving tiles and chips before the ice melts. The game has two phases: a freezing phase where players lay contiguous snowflake cards to build the frozen area and place chips to form control groups, and an unfreezing phase where players move and recover cards and chips while trying to maximize the number of their color chips remaining on the lake. Play focuses on selecting key spaces, grouping four snowflakes to secure zones, and timing retrievals; the player with the most chips on the table at the end wins. Parties last about 10 minutes and suit ages 8 and up.

La primera partida me dejó frio. Me pensaba que iba a ganar de paliza y resultó que no. Antiintuitivo pero con ideas muy buenas. El manual desmerece mucho el juego, ya que los demostradores del DAU no aprendieron a jugar bien el juego (y tras leerlo entiendo perfectamente por qué motivo). Tras la segunda partida le veo potencial aunque han seguido habiendo dudas e inconsistencias a raiz de unas instrucciones poco claras y ejemplos muy simplones. No merece la pena tal esfuerzo para un juego de 10 minutos
