Players continue an investigator campaign in a rural New England village where disappearances and whispered secrets suggest a link to earlier events. The scenario sends investigators to explore ruined farms, village streets, and landmark locations drawn from Lovecraftian lore while confronting hostile townspeople and hidden threats. Gameplay adds sixty cards—including a full playset of each new player card—to expand investigator decks and scenario options. Players gather clues, travel between locations, resolve skill tests, and manage resources and sanity as they uncover the town’s mysteries and face escalating mythos effects.
