BattleCON: Iskra Brimstone Promo

A promotional fighting character who focuses on setup and follow-through. Players select attacks and reactions each round to create combos; when this character lands a stun she also applies a burn that deals damage over time for three turns and interacts with several of her aggressive styles to increase their potency.
