Capital Lux 2: Pocket

A compact, standalone sequel to the tactical card game that introduces interchangeable capital powers. Players draft and play character cards to either their home base for points or to the capital to activate shared powers; the set of exchangeable powers creates many possible combinations and shifts strategic priorities. Each round enforces a constraint: a player may not have a higher total value in any color at their home base than the current total in the capital, and exceeding that limit causes those cards to be lost. After three rounds, remaining home-base cards score points, so players balance point accumulation against contributing to the capital and adapting to its active powers.
