Carson City: The Teacher & Town Hall

This small expansion adds the Teacher character and a Town Hall tile. The Teacher uses its yellow side during rounds 1–3 and its red side in round 4, letting its player choose a character first in the following round regardless of when they pass. In the final round, the red side scores 2 victory points for each School, Prison, or Church owned, plus 2 points for owning no Saloons; the cash limit is $60. The Town Hall replaces a generic red house tile as Carson City’s starting location.
