Dark Harvest: The Legacy of Frankenstein

A gothic-horror roleplaying setting that reimagines Frankenstein’s legacy in an alternate 19th-century Europe. Victor Frankenstein manipulates the Balkan conflicts to establish Promethea, a fortified nation built on scientific progress but ruled by a brutal feudal system known as the Harvest. Players explore the conflict between Frankenstein, the Creature, and the resistance movement through stories of political intrigue, social oppression, scientific advancement, and supernatural horror. The game uses a version of the Heresy Engine system and is compatible with Victoriana 2nd Edition.
