A boxed strategic wargame set in the mythic world of Glorantha where rival clans and nations contest control of a border region. Players command armies, recruit heroes and hire creatures, and manage limited resources while maneuvering on a hex map that represents terrain and strongholds. Resolution uses combat and leadership mechanics to determine battle outcomes, with special rules for legendary heroes, magic items, and ritual effects that influence strategic choices. Scenarios cover historical campaigns and what-if conflicts, supporting multi-player diplomacy and shifting alliances across extended campaigns.
