Players forage across the Pacific Northwest by rolling dice, revealing a journey tile, and choosing combinations of dice to explore, store, or prepare gifts. Each action adds cards to a personal tableau and unlocks bonuses that expand future options; exploration cards extend trails as a spatial puzzle, pantry cards fill shelves and jars to complete rows and columns, and gift cards require collecting exact ingredient sets for immediate and end-game points. Rounds proceed until journeys conclude, with a large pool of unique cards and journey tiles creating varied goals and evolving scoring conditions.
