Gangs of Kyoto

Players take on the role of cats exploring Kyoto’s streets, drawing and passing cards that represent bells, small powers, or blanks with values from 0 to 5. On a turn the active player deals cards one by one to each player, including themselves, adding each card’s value to that player’s running total from previous rounds. When a player reaches or exceeds 13, the round ends, that player “jumps,” and the other players may bank the bells they collected. Rounds are quick and resolve through this push‑your‑luck, blackjack‑style mechanic while special card effects modify totals or scoring.
