10 I learned many games that are way more complex than this one. But seriously, the setup takes about 30min and if you want to learn the rules you have to spend hours! And there are so many tiny rules that you won't remember, so I'm sure you always have to look in the rules. Maybe that works if you play the game several times a week, but otherwise for sure not.
