Players command one of four great powers and balance cooperation with their bloc against pursuing national victory as the game shifts from allied confrontation to free-for-all competition. Gameplay centers on playing cards to gain prestige, influence countries and regions, shape media narratives, and project military power. Players also manage UN Security Council vetoes and pursue hidden objectives that guide long-term strategy. Includes scenarios for two to four players and a solitaire mode using automated opponents.
