Gorgeous production, a distinct theme with a sense of humor, and overall a fun package. The gameplay has many twists and an interesting mix of mechanisms, variations in gameplay (rule sets for flexibility for your group), and additional modules (huge variety of customer groups, founders, etc) — everything that adds up to long-lasting freshness and a sense of discovery. While the game is not that complicated, it has a slightly unconventional (but eventually, intuitive) game-flow and front-loaded iconography (though they have been done well here unlike other games with lots of unintuitive and ugly icons) making it a tad daunting for the first play or two for some. However, some games are rewarding enough that the cost of playing a couple of times to internalize its language is perfectly acceptable, and this is definitely one of them for me.
