Storm Over Madrid 1936: "Miracle of November"

Simulates the October 1936–January 1937 attempt to capture Madrid as a long, asymmetric siege. Players command battalion‑scale forces representing Nationalist units (including Legion and Moroccan troops) and Republican forces (anarchists, communists and International Brigades). Uses a modified area‑impulse system with added mechanics: a morale points track that emphasizes Republican fragility, preplanned support points, event chits, defensive fire and counterattacks, and automatic losses tied to battle intensity. One turn equals one week; the full campaign runs 15 turns with two shorter scenarios that require different approaches.
