Players vie for influence at the court by placing clan members into the Chashitsu (tea room) and other court locations. The tea ceremony spaces grant special seating benefits that increase a clan’s standing when occupied, and players gain one additional action each round to manipulate placement and resources. This expansion introduces new member types and three replacement die tiles (with Chasen artwork on the back) that alter resource options during setup. It requires the base game to play and includes a promo tile packaged with the first printing.

Javo10.0 Expansión no necesaria ya que el juego funciona de maravilla sin ella. No obstante, si disfrutas de TWC, de sus combos y quisieras alargar la experiencia se transforma en una expansión necesaria. Esta nueva expansión te aporta más combos, 3 turnos extras y muchas posibilidades más. Me encanta. Muy satisfactorio y no complica el juego, simplemente añade un puente más y nuevas localizaciones donde buscar tus combos. Positivo: - Más combos - Más dados - Más turnos - Más posibilidades Negativo: - Nada. Solitario: Como un reloj. Sigue siendo dificil de ganar pero se disfruta igual.

How many turns do we take each round, and when does the round end?
Each player takes 4 turns per round. The round ends after a turn when only 4 dice remain on all Bridges combined, including the green Bridge (p. 3; p. 10).
Can I place a green die in the Castle?
No. Green dice cannot be placed in the Castle because there are no green-colored Castle tiles. They can be placed in the Well, Outside the Walls, the green line on your Domain, the Tea Fields, and the Outskirts of Himeji (p. 4).
When I take a Geisha action, do I have to do both parts?
No. You may perform the entrance action, the Path of Tea action, or both once each, using possibly different Geishas. Entering the Tea Garden costs 2 coins, while advancing costs 2 or 5 Chasen for 1 or 2 steps (p. 7).
Can I split a Geisha’s movement between two Geishas or change direction later?
No. A movement of 1 or 2 steps must be paid and completed by one Geisha all at once. Once a Geisha leaves the entrance toward the Tea House or Pond Overlook, she cannot change direction (p. 7).
How many Geishas can occupy the Pond Overlook or a Tea House room?
The Pond Overlook can hold only 1 Geisha from each Clan. Each Tea House room can hold at most 2 Geishas from the same Clan (p. 7; p. 8).
Can I use the green die option on my Domain with any die?
No. The green-line option is specifically an additional placement option for a green die, following the normal placement rules. The other Domain icon does not activate the green die line; it refers only to white, coral, and black dice (p. 6).
