Players take distinct roles as Suffrage advocates or Opposition, drawing from personal decks, bidding on strategy cards, and resolving six rounds per turn where cards trigger historical events or are discarded to campaign, organize, or lobby Congress. Victory depends on legislative and state-level outcomes: the Suffrage side must secure Congressional passage and three-quarters of state ratifications, while the Opposition wins by blocking passage or accumulating a threshold of state rejections. The game supports competitive, cooperative, and solitaire play, with an automated Opponent for solo modes.
