A princess is imprisoned in the castle, and the knights race to rescue her. Players move their wooden knight figures across the board, collecting swords to defend against dragons and cards needed to obtain a key. They must travel through the caves, cross the mountain, and pass the bridge before using the key to free the princess. The first player to release her from the castle wins.
