A small Operation Barbarossa game in which players command Axis and Soviet forces across a hex map. The classic hex-and-counter system uses chit pulls to determine the order of operations, reflecting the difficulties of coordinating armies for political and personal reasons. The updated edition includes 144 die-cut counters, a full-color 17" x 22" map, and revised rules and charts.
