Players take on hidden roles within a drug-trafficking operation traveling from Medellín to Miami. They draw and exchange delivery cards, work to complete shipments, and avoid police interference while keeping their identities and hands secret. During interrogation phases, players may negotiate to avoid elimination, but hidden agents, traitors, and competing agendas can disrupt the operation. Traffickers win by completing enough deliveries or eliminating the federal agents, while the agents win by preventing the required deliveries. A separate role can pursue victory by collecting specific cards or establishing a monopoly.
