Tribe members evacuate a volcanic island and sail the Pacific in search of safe, uninhabited isles. Players plot sea routes, explore unknown waters, and land on islands to collect fish and shells as resources. Gameplay runs in rounds with an action phase and a maintenance phase. On each turn, players take three actions across the round: sail along routes, explore new routes and islands, or populate islands and fish. Tide objective cards alter goals each game, and volcano activity is checked during maintenance, affecting scoring and resource collection. Players score by placing tribe members on valuable islands and meeting tide objectives while managing routes, shared passages, and limited resources.
