Players represent distinct interstellar civilizations racing to explore, expand, exploit and exterminate across a shared galaxy map. The box collects all prior expansions and adds three new playable civilizations, each with unique abilities and faction mats. Movement, fleet combat and diplomacy resolve through card-driven actions and dice-based battles, while technology tracks, resource management and colonization underpin long-term strategy. Two new play options include a campaign mode with linked scenarios and non-player civilizations for solo or higher-player counts. An updated rulebook consolidates setup, advanced rules and scenario guidance.
