Players spend six years trying to secure a place to live in an absurd rental market. Each year, they secretly divide action points between work, study, and social activities: working provides income, studying grants access to student benefits and housing, while socializing improves access to informal housing offers. Players aim to maximize two of three scores: Urbanity, representing nearby services; Living Standard, covering the size and quality of housing; and Sea&Forest, reflecting access to nature and outdoor activities. Larger flats can also be shared with other players.
