Players lead rival gangs and send members into battles to control locations. Each turn a player plays a set of cards according to the current location’s play condition, but may not play the same number of cards as the previous player. Failure to play all cards costs one executive from the player’s pool. Players may call in a hitman to redraw, but taking a Hitman card can force a hand exchange with another player. An exchange rule lets a player discard and redraw an entire hand; each exchange awards a wild card that can be used to strengthen a weak hand. The deck uses unequal card counts by rank, influencing set-building and play options.
