The Shadow World: A Sci-Fi Storytelling Game

Victorian London collapses with fractured dimensions as a rogue scientist withdraws underground to test a radical theory about gravity. Players explore a shadow world where time and space intersect and strange scenes emerge. The game uses 20 double-sided picture cards that snap together in many arrangements to form coherent, evocative tableaux. Players arrange and interpret the images to create collaborative sci‑fi stories, using the cards’ combinations to prompt characters, events, and settings.
