Folklore: The Affliction

Scenario-driven cooperative campaign set in a gothic horror world. Players control one of several customizable characters, travel the land, explore dark locations and resolve scenario objectives through miniature-based dungeon-crawl encounters and strategic combat. Characters gain new abilities, acquire resources and pursue persistent character development that affects future scenarios; permanent choices and outcomes shape the unfolding storyline. When a character dies, play continues with ghost rules that grant ethereal powers and alternate options for engagement, keeping players active throughout the campaign.
