Tea, Scones, and Arsenic

Players portray heirs of an English aristocratic family who gather for tea after a wealthy relative’s death. On each turn a player secretly reveals a scone’s poison value and either eats it (adding that dose to their total) or spends a limited sugar cube to refuse and return the scone, while scones are drawn from a shared pool that contains harmless and poisoned pieces. Rounds continue as players decide to stop or are forced on by honor rounds; accumulating poison at or above a lethal threshold eliminates a character and removes their scones from scoring. The winner is the surviving heir who has eaten the most scones.
