No — you may not show, say, or hint which cards are in your hand, nor disclose information you infer about another player from your own cards; communication is limited to the chip signals (who takes which chip). (see page 2; reminder on page 13).

There is no turn order and everyone acts simultaneously each round: you may take any chip from the current round at any time (from the center or a chip already in front of another player), but you may never place a chip in front of another player, may never have more than one chip of the same color, and may return a current-round chip in front of you to the center. (see page 5).

Only the red chips taken in Round 4 matter for the showdown; reveal hands in ascending red-chip order (1-star first, then 2-star, etc.) and declare your best five-card poker hand. (see page 8).

If several players’ best five-card combinations are exactly the same (a true tie), the order among those tied players is irrelevant and their chosen chips count as correct, but their ranking relative to the other players still must be correct. (see page 12).

Yes — you must build the best possible hand of exactly five cards from your seven available cards (2 pocket + 5 community). A “kicker” is a card that doesn’t form part of the main combination and is used to break ties when primary cards are equal. (see page 9; kicker definition page 11).
