Players move around a shop board to collect polyomino furniture tiles and place them into the rooms of their house. Score by fulfilling room objectives and completing sets of furniture; movement and tile placement are the core decisions. Advancing on the shop board grants access to specific pieces but also gives opponents additional turns to pick tiles. The game ends after a set number of rounds or when houses are filled, and the player with the highest point total from objectives and completed sets wins.
