Rising Storm: The Starborne

Futuristic governments vie for control using military and civilian abilities. Players draft cards into their hands, then compete in three challenges by playing four cards per hand. The most powerful card usually wins, while diplomats, assassins, mechs, merchants, emissaries, sappers, and spies create exceptions and tactical effects. Points come from winning hands, capturing enemy cards, and earning credits. Unused drafted cards carry over for up to two rounds.
